Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-6 business days.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3-9 business days
- U.S.: 3-6 business days
- International: 8-15 business days
Please be aware that customs may cause delays for U.S. and international orders.
Tariffs should not affect Americans and are included in shipping costs. Please let me know if you are accidentally charged on delivery. (This is a rapidly changing situation, thank you for your patience!)
Tracking
Domestic orders are mostly shipped with Canada Post and will not include tracking. They should arrive within a week.
We provide tracking on all of our U.S. and international orders via Chit Chats. Please let us know if you do not receive a tracking number.
